When life gives you lemons… 🍋

Lemons are unapologetically bold and colorful and they don’t hold their punch when it comes to flavor. They don’t dilute themselves for anyone. They don’t tone themselves down to make others more comfortable. They get a bad rap for being lemons since “a lemon” is synonymous with something like a “rotten egg”.

Lemons are part of the citrus breed and proud of it. It’s not that they’re trying to get attention — they just naturally do because they are so gifted. Why should they apologize for the way they come into the world? (They don’t) They’re loaded with life-sustaining nutrients and flavor. They’ve healed diseases. They are used for both decor and for tasty dishes.

Lemons. They’re a good thing. A really good thing. In a world of apples, be a lemon.
